Noemi since the first time that we contacted her she was with us step by step helping me and my family throughout the whole process. Of paperwork and she is very nice, respectful and helpful when we were confused on some parts. Also gave us a lot of her time. We would call her frequently and she would always pick me the phone. Noemi was a fantastic realtor to work with. She made her self very available for anything that we needed. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy going. It is not easy picking your dream home, its very time consuming and can be very stressful at times. Noemi stayed extremely patient with our family and did it with a big smile. She had a very encouraging attitude and always kept our best interests in mind. I feel like we drove to the ends of the earth to find the right home and even through our long process, she always reminded us that this was a big decision and we would know when it was the right house for us. Working with Noemi was so easy and such a breath of fresh air. I am currently deployed and put my place up for sale. Noemi handled everything from getting my place advertised in the area, getting the photographer in my place for better photos and setting me up with a reliable attorney to help with the closing. Throughout the showings Noemi kept me up to date on how they went and remained transparent with the compliments and critiques of my place. I have to say, Noemi was not only professional, she was just as motivated to sell my place as I was. That feeling alone made the whole process feel a whole lot less stressful. I would highly recommend Noemi if you’re trying to sell or buy!

This was my first time ever moving out. I knew nothing about the process or what to expect, with that being said you could imagine my anxiety was high. Noemi was BEYOND patient with me and made things happen. If I had a question she didn’t know the answer to she said hold on and got back to me quickly with a response or solution.
