We were truly blessed having them as our brokers.
They exceeded all of our expectations many times over and provided amazing communication throughout the entire process. Many times they helped us through some unique and very difficult challenges all while providing us with a wealth of knowledge to ensure that we were well informed. Nolan did a terrific job helping on an estate sale. This effort including coordinating with a subcontractor to gut and remodel the unit. The results was a beautiful home. The unit sold quickly. Nolan handled many details and loose ends surrounding the remodel. Nolan communicated consistently and clearly. I'll contact Nolan the next time I have need to buy or sell.

Working with Nolan and his team was exceptional. They exceeded all of my expectations! In the past, he has help me move, and in general he has gone out of his way to be helpful! His communication is amazing, keeping everyone up to date with all that was happening as well as what could happen. Was in a unique situation of wanting a home but not ready to sell. Worked with Beth and her team for months while house I was selling was getting remodeled. Solid team from construction support, staging, to photographers. Beth was very knowledgeable on housing market from buying to selling and getting our house on market and sold. Nolan helped my mom, my partner and I find a home recently and we were thrilled with his thorough and friendly experience. My mom hasn’t purchased a home since the 80’s and she had many many questions that needed to be answered. On our initial phone call he spent 2 hours taking his time to make sure we understood the process. He was extremely supportive throughout the emotional experience of finding a home and guided us on being competitive in the market. I recently sold a house in the Lakewood area. Living in AZ I used a realtor referred by a friend. Nolan was the buyer’s realtor.

If it were up to me. I would have paid Nolan the full commission. Nolan was on top of everything. With rising interest rates, time was definitely of the essence.

Nolan far and away expedited the process and deserves a ton of credit! I know I appreciate him, and I am sure the Navy family he helped lock in the lower interest rate is as well.

Any future real estate business I do in WA will go thru Nolan.

Nolan is a Realtor extraordinaire. He listed our house on Friday and by Monday it was sold. We used him before when we moved from Kirkland to Arlington and were more than pleased with him then. He actually physically helped us move. This time is major because we are moving out of state.
His wife Lacy is his stager, and she is fabulous. He has a guy...or gal for everything. He provided an inspector so we had a pre-inspection. He has a guy who will do a dump run for us. He has a mover, and people to help us clean.
This is a stressful move for us because we are kind of old. Well, we are old. Nolan and his team have made this as easy as a cross country move could be.
When I had melt downs and needed support he was there for me, and was also there for my husband when he had concerns.
I could not recommend Nolan more highly. He is your go to Realtor.

This summer we decided to sell our townhouse and chose Nolan Vance and his team to assist us. We took advantage of their concierge service to prepare our townhouse for sale. They did an amazing job with painting, laying new flooring and updating the kitchen and bathrooms. All was accomplished in a very timely manner. After doing an incredibly beautiful job of staging the townhouse, it was ready to be listed for sale. Based on his expertise Nolan helped us decide on a reasonable selling price.

UPDATE: Less than 24 hrs after listing our townhouse, we accepted an offer that is more than 7.5% above our asking price. Nolan and the whole team are great to work with! They communicate well and make the whole process so carefree. This is the second time Nolan has helped us sell a property, and we will not hesitate to call him again in the future.
