Born and raised in Wisconsin, she lived in Manhattan for many years before coming to the East Bay 17 years ago. She has a degree in Art History. Noreen’s professional background includes graphic design, home furnishing design and project management. She worked with wholesale buyers in major retail stores to design a product that fit both their price point and their style. She brings that same creativity to real estate.

She has two sons, Zach and Jake who graduated from Bishop O'Dowd and Skyline respectively. Both graduated from UC Santa Cruz. In Noreen’s experience, the Oakland school systems (both public and private) offer programs that can accommodate each family's needs. Noreen and her pup, Daisy, are often out exploring one of the many fabulous East Bay dog parks. Hope to see you there!
