Born and raised in the beautiful country of Panama, Noris Roche grew up with a deep appreciation of nature that still inspires her today. While in Panama, Noris studied Business Adminstration and later Computer Systems in Florida, a combination that later led to a 20+ year career with Sprint Wireless as a Technical Engineer in Telecommunications. Noris has 2 children, Gilberto & Ambar and a Siberian husky named Luna ! she relocate to the Ocala area in 2005. Still residing here today.
A bilingual fluent in both English and Spanish and a REALTOR® since 2019, Noris has built her professional services around several core values– dedication, communication, determination, and trust. A natural in the real estate industry, Noris has already received several awards during her first few years as an agent, including Rookie of The Year in 2020 ! in 2023 ocala Marion County Women’s Council President , for 2 years District vice president of Womens council Florida ! She received in 2022 The heart award for serving the community, in 2023 she received the luminary award for encouraging women’s!
In addition to her talent in real estate, Noris is also a State of Florida Notary Public. , she is also participated in the Leadership Academy to further develop her leadership skills and business

She also enjoys showing her customers discover the beauty of Ocala and its horse country. .
When not focused on real estate, Noris can often be found enjoying the great outdoors. She especially enjoys the smell of fresh air and sound of birdsong, and can often be found enjoying Florida’s many beaches or horseback riding, running, cycling and swimming . A member of the Ocala Triathlete Club, she previously completed Ironman 70.3.
