Since 1984 Norma has been successfully selling real estate in the Atlanta area, spending ten years managing a branch for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Also, during those thirty-two years, she has received numerous awards, including Realtor of the Year – Sales and Realtor of the Year – Management. She is also a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club and has received the Phoenix Award from said NAMAR Association of Realtors. She has held numerous leadership positions, including President of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors and Women’s Council of Realtors – Gwinnett Chapter. Before her career in Real Estate, Norma taught at Perimeter College and Gainesville College. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology.
Manuel spent thirty-one years with ATT-Bell Laboratories as a research engineer and a corporate manager of research engineers and support personnel. He also holds twelve patents for ATT-Bell Labs. Upon retirement, he obtained his real estate license and successfully transitioned his vast experience into this industry. Manuel has garnered multiple awards and industry designations, including Life Member of the Million Dollar Club and Cartus Referral Specialist. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
