We got matched up with Team Nurit Coombe when Zillow put me in contact with Etay Simhony. That day the stars aligned...he immediately made us feel confident in our decision to move and he understood us, from our unique situation as a very busy couple, nervous to start the process, to our taste in homes. We were looking for a "dream home" in our price range that was "ready to move in", and he helped us get it, the most beautiful home we have seen for our price range, with all updates and in a gorgeous, convenient neighborhood that reduces our commute. We couldn't ask for more or better. We have the home we want to retire in now. Etay understands the market changes in our area and he understands how to get someone who has a solid home investment already...he and his team guided us through the process as painlessly as possible. He worked with our budget to get our former home in the best shape possible (quickly...using his connections) and he helped us sell our home at a higher price and in just four days! It was all amazing. We loved the small ways he showed us we were at the top of his agenda, even though we are not big money people, like how he bought us sandwiches the day we closed on our new home and everything was closing due to heavy snow. We also love the beautiful book they gave us with pictures of the home we sold...that made it look like a dream home despite it's limitations. Etay is the reason I'm writing this. He always felt "like family", that's how comfortable he made us feel. (And we don't feel comfortable with just anyone, as a same-sex couple.) I recommend you work directly with him and take his advice on all the steps to buying, selling and moving!

We met Team Nurit by total chance while cruising around North Bethesda neighborhood. We saw a property through Redfin but didn't find anything we liked from the list. With Albert Amar's expert help and guidance my wife and I bought our home in February, 2020. We thought we would need to wait till the summer to purchase a home, but Albert showed us the path and means to do so immediately and thank goodness he did. Did everything I needed them to do. They were friendly and they responded to my calls and texts. Met with me several times. Got what I needed. Their office was very helpful during closing. Even had crayons and coloring pages to keep my young daughter entertained as I signed all the documents.

Team Nurit were beyond exceptional! They went above and beyond the call of duty. My mother and I were first time home buyers and had no idea where to begin. We met with their team right before the COVID-19 pandemic hit and due to other issues, couldn't buy a place right then and there. We had to take a break from looking for a few months and still they kept in contact with us. Many realtors wouldn't have reached back out but they were always checking in on us. In addition, they never hounded us and always answered our questions and concerns. Once we were ready to buy we stuck with Team Nurit and in two weeks found the perfect home for us. My mother and I had some differing requirements for our home but they were able to find a middle ground for the both of us. They always answered our emails, texts, and calls and always created a warm, welcoming environment. We never felt uncomfortable around her team and knew that they would be honest with us no matter what.
