I trusted her process so much that allowed her to help me choose my lot without my presence, she video everything for me and I was able to successfully and happily choose my lot. Put in the position of having to sell my brothers house after his passing was a hard challenge. My brother was in the process of selling his house and had Nyala as his agent. I picked up where he left off and I can see why he chose her, she was a blessing to me in the time of bereavement. Not only was she professional in her job but she was also very compassionate and considerate. I live in Tennessee and had a short time to get it sold and she nailed it. Thanks Nyala

Not for nothing, but I can honestly say I’m a little difficult when it comes to major purchases - so I can truly say Nyala is the *most* patient realtor I’ve ever worked with and I’ve worked with quite a few. Her attention to detail is bar none and her thoroughness outshines any other realtor I’ve ever met with. We went up against investors with our 2nd home purchase, but her methods, unique approach and resilience solidified our offer over all other offers. And somehow, she made us feel like we were her only client when we know she most certainly had a calendar full of other client appointments - it felt good to feel seen and heard and not “sold to”! I am beside myself with happiness with our new home and it’s most certainly due to the ease of our full transaction! One last note, when it comes to selling your home, Nyala’s knowledge was indescribable. She made the entire experience so comfortable and easy and she coached us on building out a strong selling price and it was perfect! I can’t say enough good things.
