Nykole is the best realtor we've ever dealt with. She searched high and low in many different areas to find us our perfect family home. When it came down to anything and everything that needed to be done to the new house in order for us to move in she helped get it done when she didn't have to. (She helped paint a barn because it was chipping really bad and she didn't have to.) She drove my 9 m/o son and I around to many of these locations, again something I don't feel a realtor HAS to do. She got us the best price on our new house and was constantly on the other realtor about the process so it moved very quickly! I compare buying a house to going to amusement park. You get super excited, Your adrenaline is rushing. You just can't wait! Then you get there and you're not tall enough to ride. Any of the rides. Bummer. For months I was told I wasn't in the position to buy a house and I needed to fix my credit. Sometimes I'd get a pat on the butt and a kick out the door. With not even so much as a follow up. Until Nykole Pfaff showed up on my Facebook suggested by friends. I decided to give it a try. Immediate response time, chipper, excited. Let's do this! Well. Nike and Nykole both start with N's so this isn't just a coincidence, this is a SIGN! At first I got that same speech. One last thing on my credit and I should be good to go. She told me she would pull it in a month. At that very moment I felt tired. I'd been renting at $900+ for over a year and still can't get financed for a house.
