Buying or selling a home can be an exciting but daunting task for even the most knowledgeable person. Having someone who not only knows the intricate ins and outs of real estate but genuinely has the your best interest at heart. Working with OJ Miller has been nothing short of outstanding. My wife and I were skeptical at first as would be anyone taking on the task of selling a home but he quickly alleviated any doubt by educating us on the process, what to expect, and the flow of the whole adventure. As we watched each milestone being accomplished, we knew we made the right choice in selecting OJ to be our agent. Within two days, we had offers flowing in left and right and out of those offers the new home owners made their intentions clear and within a week, our home was under contract.
