Though that title is great for conversations among agents, it doesn’t truly explain why my clients hold a unique advantage when hiring me, as opposed to hiring other agents. My definition of a top agent is different than the industry’s definition. I believe a top agent is the agent who can best serve their clients needs. The following items are just some of what distinguish myself from other agents.
•I’m a second-generation real estate broker.
•I’m certified as a buyer’s resource.
•I’m certified as a home listing consultant.
•I have 10 years experience in real estate finance -processing and originating mortgage loans, working with banks and their underwriters, funding upwards of $300 million.
•As a property Manager, I’ve managed multifamily apartment communities valued at north of $100 million. I’ve been awarded for customer service, resident renewal retention, and maintaining delinquency at less than 1% consistently.
•I’m well versed in sections of the Internal Revenue Service tax code pertaining to real estate, though I do not advise of tax matters.
