I have known ODonna since I was in high school and I always knew she would be my realtor when I was ready. I witnessed her work for other clients and knew she would be perfect for me. My experience was so smooth and without stress. She has awesome professional connections that fit my exact needs from financing options to inspectors, etc. She is knowledgeable, persistent, responsive, and very thorough. O'Donna is an awesome resource when buying (or selling) your home. I am a bit indecisive and O'Donna was patient and very helpful with getting me through the home buying process. In addition to being responsive she offered input and listened to my needs and wants. She helped me from my initial search for a home to the closing! Along the way she was instrumental in helping me filter my list of 'must haves' versus desirables😊. I am so grateful for her time and effort, especially considering Covid put a hamper on construction and closing dates.
O'Donna is also a veteran, as am I so I am appreciative of a veteran helping a veteran..

O’Donna has been our Realtor since 2005. She has handled everything for us. Initially, we lived out of the State of NC and had purchased a home in Charlotte NC for our son to live in while he attended college in NC. When we needed help making improvements and minor repairs to our rental property to list it for sale she was able to put us in contact with someone who could help that was knowledgeable, caring and reasonable. Our property once listed sold the first weekend we had it listed in the spring of 2016 and even though the transaction was done long distance, O’Donna made it an easy and enjoyable for us with her kindness, knowledge and expertise in her field. We decided to retire in NC and she has been our rock in each of the 3 different transactions representing us as a listing agent and buyers agent in the last 4 years. In 2008 I was introduced to O'Donna Pitman by my neighbor. I was looking to purchase my 1st home. O'Donna made sure I had an understanding of what to expect as a first time home buyer and lead me every step of the way. After being in my 1st home for several years I decided to upgrade.
