Yulia was great! We were working with someone who never called, shared properties, or really did their job. We found Yulia and she was great from start to finish.

Yulia was responsive, listened to our needs, and found us the perfect property. One that we did not even have on "The List"! A sleeper. We are glad we listened to her recommendation or we would be owners of the wrong house!

If you want a professional agent hire Yulia and her team. We are now looking for more and with the help of her husband may negotiate a commercial property!

My experience selling a home with Oleg was nothing short of wonderful. I have used a number of realtors over the years and Oleg was one of the best. He was always professional and honest and at no point did I feel pressured. In just hours, we received an asking price offer in cash. Oleg answered all of my questions and exceeded my expectations by helping my elderly parents remove furniture, roll up carpets and donate items. It was clear that he not only takes his professional reputation seriously, but also is a genuinely kind person. I cannot recommend him enough!

Oleg went above and beyond for us. We had a meeting on a Tuesday , within two days he scheduled a photographer to take photos of our home , did a open house on Saturday and received multiple offers that day! He was very quick, professional but also genuinely cared about any concerns we had. If you want to sell your house quick, and above asking- he’s your guy. Definitely recommend Oleg & his team!

As out-of state Buyers we needed Oleg to video chat us live at some houses and when we visited for a week to walk through our top choices he made sure he had the whole week available for us because he cares! I love it when an agent answers their phone anytime I call them, that's hard to find nowadays! He always sent us new houses that meet our taste and budget as soon as they got posted for sale. Because of Oleg we got our dream home $50,000 under our budget! His negotiation skills are unbeatable! We got our house $20,000 under asking!
