I’m happy to write this review for Olina and her team.I have had the opportunity to work with Olina on 3 different real estate transactions since January 2021.

Shortly after my father passed away I was tasked with selling his home. Olina took care of all the details involving the Trust . As with many older homes, my Dad’s house needed some work. All I had to do was ask and she was with me every step of the way and the outcome was very successful.

The second time we worked together was when my husband and I were ready for a quieter life and we wanted to see a home that was about 2 hours away. All I had to do was ask and she was happy to help. She negotiated using her superior communication skills and we were accepted by the sellers. The paperwork and numerous details were handled extremely efficiently and in a timely manner.

The third time we worked together was to sell our condominium. Again, there were no surprises as Olina and her consultants handle every detail and then communicate every step of the way. As usual the outcome was very successful.

I will trust and go to Olina for all my real estate needs. She knows her business, and is honest, forthright and a pleasure to be around.
