About Oliver

Oliver Sumrall has been a licensed real estate agent and registered appraiser since 2015. Prior to his transition into a career in real estate, Oliver held several positions in the construction industry. He began his career as a licensed contractor before being recruited by James Hardie Building Products as an applications consultant. After 5 years with JH, Oliver went on to work as a project supervisor for a local exterior contractor that performed work for companies that included Pulte, Beazer, John Wieland Homes, DR Horton, as well as many custom home builders in the metro Atlanta area.

In 2015, Oliver decided to transition his extensive knowledge of the home building industry into the real estate side of the market by becoming a licensed agent as well as a registered appraiser. His experience in appraising gives Oliver insight into the appraisal process and makes him an expert in pricing for both buyers and sellers. Along with his expertise in real estate valuation, his extensive background and experience in construction gives his clients the additional expertise they need when deciding to buy and sell real estate. Oliver is a member of the Cherokee Board of Realtors and is consistently earns a Top Achievers Award.

Oliver holds a B.S in Business from Crichton College in Memphis, TN and currently resides with his wife and two children in Woodstock, GA. He and his family enjoy scuba diving, camping, and spending time frequenting Downtown Woodstock restaurants and businesses.
