As an Northern Virginia resident the past ten years, Olivia initially called this area home while working in the software sales industry. It was during her years as a top Sales Executive, selling to Fortune 500 companies, that she mastered her negotiation skills. It was also during this time that she was able watch Arlington, Falls Church, and their surrounding neighborhoods grow, expand, and continue to change. Her fascination with the evolving real estate footprint, combined with her sales background eventually catapulted her into the best, most gratifying career she has ever known.
Today, Olivia manages a team of three unbelievably talented agents. The team mission statement embodies hard work, putting client relationships first, having deep knowledge of neighborhoods and the contract, and being available for our clients. This determined attitude continues to breed success for Olivia’s team, and has allowed the team enormous growth year over year, most recently a 57% jump in volume from 2020 to 2021.
