Olivia Marciniak

A native of Sarasota, Olivia Marciniak embarked on her real estate career with Michael Saunders & Company with a thorough knowledge of the area. Growing up on Longboat Key in a family of luxury home builders, she had the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the area’s high-end waterfront real estate market. Olivia learned a lot about the industry and established an admiration for architecture from watching her father and husband’s contributions to the field as premier custom home builders. Olivia previously has lived in Sarasota and Siesta Key, and in recent years has lived near Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, furthering her connection to our local communities.
Educated as a registered nurse, Olivia is a relatively new agent. However, her background as a RN provided her with effective communication skills, and she is attuned to customers’ needs. Olivia is committed to managing any real estate hurdles with the utmost time sensitivity while keeping stress to a minimum.
