My husband and I worked with Olivia for almost a year in order to find a second home on the Eastern Shore. Olivia is an excellent communicator, very organized, and has a TON of local knowledge about Snow Hill and all of the surrounding towns. My husband and I were working within a budget and we were also not exactly sure what we were looking for when we started. Olivia was patient with all of our questions and made sure to show us a few houses at a time whenever we made the trip from NOVA out to Snow Hill. She also showed us different types of houses in different locations so that we could fine-tune our vision. Over time, we narrowed down what we were looking for and then waited for the right house to pop up. Olivia was very patient and never pressured us in any way. When we decided we wanted a fixer-upper and found the right one, in the right location and in our budget, she helped us get it by navigating the communication with the owner and seller, helping us think through inspection results, and connecting us with a extremely efficient loan officer. It was a pleasure to work with Olivia and we highly recommend her to others looking for a second home near the shore.

This was my first time selling a home and I was extremely nervous and stressed! I decided to go with Olivia as my realtor because of her extensive positive reviews, a lot of my friends have used her and gotten great results. She answered every question and made the whole experience so much easier. Within a week of making my home live, I had a buyer. She knows her stuff and will never lead you wrong. She’s also very nice and makes you feel comfortable. The peace of mind she gave me over selling my property and buying a new one, it’s incomparable and I will continue to use her if and when I decide to move again. I recommended her to my family and she’s taking care of them now! She’s the best!

Olivia is definitely one of the best realtors around. She helped us sell our house and made easy and painless. She is on the ball and gets the job done!! I have recommended her to my friends and family and I recommend you use her if you are buying or selling. One excellent feature about Olivia is her availability and response time. Olivia was amazing to work with! As a first time home buyer she really guided me through the entire process with so much ease from recommendations on inspectors to her personal opinion of properties based on her previous knowledge of construction. I highly recommend her for anyone because yes this is her job but she’s not pushing people to get into homes they don’t love for her own benefit. She is patient and will show you anything and everything until you find the perfect fit for you and your family.
