Olivia Taylor-Washek is a Raleigh-based Realtor® known for her personalized approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to her clients. Originally from northern Minnesota, she began her career in homeowners property insurance, negotiating contractor estimates and evaluating structural damage on high-stakes claims. That experience shaped how she approaches real estate today. It taught her that details matter, numbers matter, and having someone firmly in your corner can make all the difference.
