About O'Neal

O’Neal is a proud hometown girl, born and raised in Lincoln County - even graduating from West Lincoln High School. Building her first home at the age of 17 and co-owning a construction company, her thorough knowledge of the construction process has helped her buyer and seller clients alike. She is also an active member of Leonard's Fork Baptist Church right there in Lincolnton, NC.
She started her real estate career in late 2005, and her business took her to the Hickory/Catawba Valley market until July 2009 when she decided to return to Lincoln County. Growing up there and still having family and community ties there makes this place so special. Ten years later, she is still going strong and has the client relationships to prove it.
She started H2 Properties during a time when many other real estate businesses were closing their doors, but she feels that through hard work, determination, and doing what's best for customers, she has maintained success. She has always been a firm believer in treating others how she would want to be treated and believes in going those extra miles when needed.
