My experience with the Coldwell Banker Realty group was an absolute delight. Oscar was great. His responsiveness to any inquiry or questions was quick and in a timely manner and possibly the most important factor was he made me feel like family. During the selling process Oscar was great in making the process less stressful and he answered any questions I had immediately as well as kept me updated through the entire process. Oscar and I looked at a ton of homes, he stayed in contact with me during an entire year while my family and I started the transition to Ohio. We finally locked in the perfect home a few months before we began the move. I truly don’t even know where to start. My father passed away suddenly and I was left with a home that needed a lot of TLC on 13 acres that was also 4 hours from my home. I was dealing with the loss of my father as well as taking a crash course in probate and real estate.
I googled realtors and after reading reviews Oscar stuck out to me. All his reviews talked about his honesty and sincere care he took with his customers as well as their situations. I gotta tell you, those reviews were an understatement of who Oscar not only is as a realtor, but as a person. He took time with me and all my rookie questions, never made me feel like a lost cause, and was always in touch no matter what. He took what another realtor had said was “a total tear down” not even thinking about the fact that it was the house I grew up in, and understood was more than a house to me. He fought hard for us and literally in 21 hours got us full asking price and then walked me through the process step by step.
This guy is the truth and at the end of the day I honestly feel like he is part of my family. He took time to meet my kids (even making his car dance for my 8 year old), listen to stories about my dad and us growing up on the property, and sharing a lot of laughs along a very stressful and sad time for myself.
I would say this to any potential customer: stop wasting your time googling realtors and just call Oscar. He is one of the last genuine humans on the planet. Thanks brother, you did more for my family than you’ll ever know. —The Irish guy from Cleveland.

I have had the pleasure of working with Oscar and the Sibcy Cline team on two home deals for our investment company. On the first sale, the space we chose was small and the term of the deal was extremely short--two things that caused a few other real estate brokers we approached to not even give us the time of day.
