About Oscar

I have been licensed since 1978. I worked for many years as a part-time salesperson. My biggest experience was assisting my friends in buying homes (new construction) in my hometown of Newberry SC. I learned the construction end of real estate in that era. Fast forward to now - after my retirement from State Government and the Army Reserves, I went full time. I currently serves as the Sales Manager for SC Real Estate Exchange. This journey, in real estate, continues to be a joy for me throughout the years.
