My wife and I met Otniel Gil by happenstance when his company was showing a condo in an "open house" in a building that we were temporarily leasing. We immediately liked his style and his knowledge of the area. He did a great job in showing us the condos in Treasure Island and more importantly his follow up was spot on. He sold us a condo and walked us through the entire process, start to finish. I would recommend his services to any potential buyer in the area.

Buying a property is always something that is complex but in this case doing it with Oniel and Abdiel Gil was made so easy because of the way they work and it took less than two weeks from when we saw several properties until the day the property was closed. very easy and they worked hard to make everything happen just the way i wanted it to get a great price on my new house and all the steps were actually very easy i recommend to anyone who decides to buy a property

Because we had already relocated, Otniel made numerous trips to our home to be sure everything was ready for the MANY Open Houses that he held.
