His dedication extends beyond client service, as he actively engages in various leadership roles within local, state, and national REALTOR® associations. Within the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.), Otto serves as a State Director and holds pivotal positions like C.A.R.'s Federal Chairman and Chairman of the Legislative Committee. He is also a trusted Public Policy Liaison to C.A.R. Leadership, overseeing federal and state legislative matters. At the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR), Otto's influence is equally notable, serving as an NAR Director and contributing to the Issues Mobilization Committee and REALTOR® Party Member Involvement Committee.
Otto's impact transcends leadership roles, earning him numerous accolades from the Bay East Association of REALTORS®. He received the prestigious "REALTOR® of The Year" award in 2007, the John A.
