Owen Hayes

Owen is a Senior Broker with McLennan Commercial Properties, and has been active in sales, purchases, and leasing activities for the past 28 years. Owen came to Commercial Real Estate; Retail, Industrial, Office, and Land Properties, after retiring from the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago in 2003. The area of concentration has been Chicago Metro and the collar counties since that time.

Owen is a Certified Public Accountant, and a Chartered Bank Auditor. He holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance from DePaul University, a Banking Certificate from Vanderbilt University, and a CPA from the University of Illinois. Owen is a member of Multiple Listing Services of Northern Illinois, Loop Net Member Services, Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
