We have used other agents on other properties, but Padre Elite team is sincerely result driven. We received an offer on our home while repairs were still in process to ready the property for listing. I owned six rental properties on South Padre Island, TX! I decided to liquidate all of them and was referred to Jules Wilks, with RE/MAX Elite! Jules is the best! She is professional, dedicated to her clients needs (me) and just a beautiful person to work with! I wish all Realtor's had her work ethic! She sold two of my properties in 2020 and now the other four ALL closing this May, 2021! We had been owners for nearly 30 years and we're finding that the 1700 hundred mile trip from our home in Indiana was not as easy as when we were younger.
