Paige Covington has been in the real estate industry since 2012. During the first 2 years of her career, she focused primarily on property management with Watson Property Management. In 2015, she began her first year in sales where she went on to win the Rookie of the Year award for all of Watson Realty Corp. In her second year she was featured in the Jacksonville Magazine as one of the Rising Stars in the area after tripling her first year's sales. In 2022 & 2023, she has been recognized as being in the top 1% of all Northeast Florida Realtors, out of the 13,000+ in our North East Florida Association.
Paige was born and raised in Jacksonville, and could never imagine living anywhere other than Northeast Florida. Paige currently lives in Julington Creek Plantation with her husband and 2 boys, where they enjoy golfing and fishing in the neighborhood, spending hot summer days by the pool or going to the beach, and hanging out with friends and family all around town. When asked about what drives her to work so hard, she replied "I want to teach my kids what it means to work hard, take responsibility, and providing for your family. My family is my world, and I want to do everything in my power to give them the best that they deserve!" Growing up, Paige spent summers on mission trips with her family, and the lessons she was taught as a child about having a giving and loving heart, is one of the characteristics that is easily recognized when you meet her. Paige loves helping others, and this business is her avenue to help as many people make one of the most important financial decisions of their life.
