Pam went above and beyond to sell my home. I was a first time homeowner and an absentee homeowner (I was living in OH and selling a home in NC), so trust was my highest priority. Pam exceeded all my expectations. She was knowledgeable, thorough, resourceful, personable, trustworthy, and caring. I truly felt that she treated me as she would family....and I never met her. When I contacted Pam Baumgardners office in nc I lived in nj , I explained what we were looking for in a house, our price range property size and we would only be in nc for 1 week. She really had a tough task to meet with us because we couldn't keep coming back and forth to find d a house. When we arrived she had so many listing lined up for us and most important didn't waste her time or ours we looked at only what we told her we liked. By the sixth day we pretty much made our decision. We went back to NJ talked about it and had made a decision on the house we are In now. She so suggested building a new home and that was our choice .she found us the perfect location and we love it. If I were to do it all over again I would choose Pam to buy or sell. JdK

My experience with Pam in buying my property was exceptional. She walked me through every step. I had a lot of questions that were always answered in a short time frame (nothing like waiting for days to get an answer - hate that!). We met Pam back in 2010 and she worked tirelessly to help us find our new home. After sitting down with us to discuss home ownership, she picked out 8 homes to view the very next day!!! She was amazing, super knowledgeable about the market, builders, and home owners! She just has this special quality about her that makes you feel super confident and comfortable!!! Our story is of course I loved them all but as we did the walk thru's she fine tuned our needs, wants and homes in our price range. My husband was an easy pleaser but I was looking for the one Each home had something great about it...but Pam told me, when I knew it was the right home...I would know! She never gave up...My hub and I had finally decided on a home. I was still kind of on the fence. Pam could sense that and so at the last minute I told her I just needed to see a few more just to make sure and she was ready! Now I will admit that usually this is a bad idea....but she took me solo hunting the next day and as we pulled into a new neighborhood, I just knew this is where my new home was going to be. As soon asI walked into that home..... I knew that this was it. She had done it!!! She was spectacular through the whole process and I couldnt have been happier. My house is perfect for my growing family and the neighborhood is just amazing! If your looking for a home, new construction or not she is the one you need to talk to. Ive never met a more dedicated, compassionate, loving woman who really cares about her clients and their needs. You WONT regret working with her!!!
