She has worked extensively in Georgia, and she is licensed in South Carolina, North Carolina and Louisiana as well. Passionate about commercial real estate, Pam has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations. Pam has knowledge in the areas of land, industrial, office, retail, medical office and multi family properties including sales and leasing. Some of her current clients and past deals include projects working with Takco Construction who is a contractor for Hyundai USA, placing Remediation Resources on Great Dane Trailers property owned by C.C. Industries, Verdes Communities and currently working on development sites near the Hyundai site outside of Savannah, GA.
Pam is a proud part of KW Commercial leading the department as the commercial director in an effort to promote and provide knowledge and guidance to fellow commercial agents in her organization. In her free time, Pam enjoys cooking and has recently taken up upholstery to take timeless pieces of furniture and turn them into beautiful, vibrant and eye catching works of art. Spending time together with her friends and family as well as her two border collies is never something Pam takes for granted. She feels extremely blessed to work and play in the beautiful, historic city of Savannah.
