It is with great pleasure and gratitude that we are more than happy to share our experience regarding Pam Emery. In 2012 we decided upon purchasing a home in Phoenix Arizona. We are from Canada and were not entirely savvy to the areas of Phoenix to live in. We had a criteria we were looking for in a home. We enlisted with Pam Emery and found her ability to take those requirements that we had and apply them to the properties that she presented to us. We were handled with the utmost in experience, knowledge and outstanding skills. Pam was very thorough and responsive to any and all questions that we had about the districts that we were taken to, and yes the ease to view the properties. We are very busy business people who were very limited at times to be able to take tours and with the help of Mrs. Emery and her openness to be at our side whenever our time could permit. It was with all these outstanding qualities that brought us to the purchase of not only a house but better yet a place that we were able to call our home. The time factor that we had to deal with from the time we made the decision to buy to the date that we moved in was very minimal and was without any set backs. This made it very easy for us to move in at a very short time period. The legal matters as well as any other questions regarding the sale were also a breeze for us to accomplish with the educated background that Pam was able to present us. Pam Emery was the Best. Great to work with from the very start. From the excellent communications between her and us to the superb and very professional job of taking the pictures and designing the flyers and web sites. Which I think really helped to get the buyers in and sold the house. Sold in 3 weeks for full asking price. She is a Pro! For sure use her to buy or sell.-Client of Pam Emery
