Pam will do her best and work very hard for any client! She had one weekend to help us find a home.

She set up 15 showings for a Friday/Saturday time frame including touring some new construction options. We ran her ragged, and the smile never left her face. She was always upbeat, cheery, professional and respectful! We ended up making an offer on house number 14, and we succeeded in getting the house by putting an escalation clause in our contract which took us up over the other offer that came in simultaneously with ours.

She was wonderful to work with, and really gave us her all! Thanks Pam!! She will work that hard for you as well!!

You won't find a harder working, more down to earth realtor than Pam. If you can describe what you want, she will find it! She will get to know you and understand what you want/need and will be honest with you about what you are looking at. It is more than a sale to her, she truly wants you to be happy with your purchase and will work tirelessly to ensure the house fits your needs.

Pam did a fantastic job for us. She was our buyer's agent, and we were coming in from out of town to see houses over a 2.5 day period. She had a lot of properties for us to look at ahead of time, per our required and desired criteria for a home in the Huntsville/Madison area. We looked at many different homes over the course of two days, but not at a hurried pace, and she had organized them by area to minimize driving back and forth.

We found a house that hit all of our needs and was/is the perfect home for us and we were able to get it under contract in 24 hours. We closed on time and are now living in our new home in Huntsville and loving every minute of it.

To say Pam is hard working is an understatement -- she went above and beyond to help us find our new home. She is energetic and enthusiastic and will get the job done -- couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you Pam :)

Pam is not only the best realtor, she is the kindest person! She has been our realtor through buying a house and then a couple years later needing to sell the house, and she took care of us through it all. We moved out of state shortly after listing our house, and she was on top of everything. We never had any problems and she was our mouthpiece for everyone and everything to do with it. She is still willing to take my calls and answer my real estate questions even without us living near her. She totally knows her stuff and you can trust her fully with buying or selling. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

She was with me every step of the way and made this very emotional and hard choice simple. Pam went above and beyond to help us find our first home. She is very knowledgeable and has many valuable connections with lenders, attorneys, and contractors to help you through the home buying process. When the property I was trying to purchase did not pass the fha inspection pam called a friend who was able to complete the necessary repairs in a very timely manner. Buying our first home was a complicated process, but Pam made it simple for us!

I would absolutely recommend Pam Gilbert for your Realtor. Pam is so personable and she really listens to understand what you are looking for in a home. She and my wife searched for several weekends for a house on the lake and Pam ticked all the boxes for exactly what we were looking for. She also researched everything very well and precisely went over the comps with us so we felt we put in right offer for the lakehouse and we got it!
She also was very dedicated in guiding us through the entire process thereby making it easy for us to feel good about our purchase. Pam takes her job very serious and knows her stuff. She was also very quick to call us back if we had questions. I would venture to say, if you use Pam, you'll have the same experience.
