About Pam
Becoming a real estate professional in the Wilmington area has been a natural progression for Pam Kersting. Before entering the real estate profession, she was a practicing Landscape Architect and worked for 14 years side-by-side with her husband Michael, an award-winning Architect. In this role, she guided her many clients through the new home construction and/or the existing home renovation process, helping them to first find a vision for their property and then helping them to achieve it! During this time, Pam gained the background, experience and ability that now serve her so well as a Broker/Realtor for Intracoastal Realty, the area’s premier real estate company.
Having lived at the coast most of her life, Pam moved to Wilmington in 1995 with her husband Michael and two young sons. The beautiful coastal environment, mild climate, rich culture and plentiful amenities make the area the perfect spot to live, work and raise a family.
Pam holds a BA in English from Lynchburg College in Virginia and a MS in Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University. She believes in giving back to her community as a volunteer and has served on the boards of the Junior League of Wilmington, the Wilmington Children’s Museum and the New Hanover County Arboretum Foundation. Today, she continues to remain active with her children’s schools and is an avid tennis player.
Knowledge, service and customer satisfaction are the most valuable qualities that Pam has to offer her clients as they sell or buy their most important asset – their home.
