About Pam

Pamela Mugleston became the new owner of Emerald Coast Realty in December 2005 when she purchased the company from founder Craig Hoffarth, growing it into the largest independent real estate office on the Oregon Coast. After 20 successful years of ownership, Pamela sold the company to Jon Renberg in December 2025. She continues to serve Emerald Coast Realty as Principal Broker and remains fully active in representing both buyers and sellers.
Pamela spent the first decade of her real estate career in the Seal Rock office and continues to work from that location today. Looking ahead, she is energized by new opportunities, continued growth, and the chance to focus even more on the clients and community she loves.
Born and raised in Sacramento, California, Pamela has been married to her husband, Tim, for over 50 years. They live in Waldport and enjoy a close-knit family that includes three daughters in the Portland area, three grandsons, and two granddaughters.
With over 35 years of sales experience, Pamela is known for her honesty, dedication, and ability to match clients with the perfect property. She values her clients’ time, works tirelessly on their behalf, and brings a sense of fun and ease to every transaction. Her strong background in real estate, combined with deep local knowledge, has earned her consistent multi million dollar production year after year.
Pamela is experienced in all types of property — from oceanfront homes to rural acreage — and is always available to answer questions. She is deeply involved in the community and takes pride in helping people achieve their dreams on the Central Oregon Coast.
