There are so many good things to say about Pam I can't put them all down in this short space. So, I'll just use the words that come to my mind when I think of Pam: responsive, diligent, knowledgeable, connected. When buying, she responded to our phone calls usually within minutes, and had us into houses shorly after. She diligently worked to find us a house that fit our criteria, and worked her life around our schedule for showings. Her knowlege and guidance on the entire buying process (writing the offer, understanding the inspection, closing) has been invaluable to us. And when it came to selling, well, I'll just say this: when the market was in a bad slump, she sold our rather pricey house in two months. For a very good price. If you are looking for a realtor, call Pam.

I have worked with Pam and Norm Nicastro on four separate real estate transactions since 2006, and am impressed with their ethics and professionalism, and Pam's negotiation skills. In 2006, I had a home listed with another agent/company, whom I was pleased with. Pam brought the Buyer, and I was impressed with how she represented her client to me/my agent as the Seller. Last year, when combining households, we had two houses to sell, and one to find and buy. Pam listed both houses for sale, created good descriptions/photo layouts for paper flyers and MLS listing, had an excellent presence at timely Open Houses, networking among extensive contacts, and represented us well and provided good guidance, in negotiating to sell both houses within 30-45 days. She also listened to out various requirements for a home to purchase, and found/fowarded info on the home we ended up buying. So we have experience with her as our Buyer agent as well as Listing agent for two homes. In every case, I've been impressed with her approach and knowledge, and energy. Cindy Coker

Our family met Pam Nicastro 10 years and 3 houses ago! We had heard her name because her brother-in-law is our family eye doctor. My parents were both high-producing, experienced realtors in Georgia, and I knew what a top-notch realtor looked like. Pam absolutely fit the bill! Pam not only has a good sense about how to make updates inexpensively to a home and how to stage it in order to sell it, but she also has a great business sense. She worked tirelessly for us, knowing we had four kids to work around, among other circumstances. She even provided her daughter as a babysitter so we could go house-hunting! She was able to make the right calls in all of the houses we sold and bought, from finding the right home in our desired location for the best negotiated price to providing us with great resources for improvements to our homes to selling our own homes in record time in a poor market for asking price. I would not recommend anyone else to assist in selling or buying a home. We liked Pam and her husband Norm so much, we still keep in touch with them and consider them dear friends! You can't go wrong if you use Pam Nicastro as your realtor! You will be so thankful you did!

Pam's familiarity with all aspects of the community helped me choose the right home for my family. She was available to show homes at times that were convenient to me and she didn't waste my time. She and her husband Norm are familiar with the service professionals in the area who are reliable and prompt. The entire process of choosing, financing and moving into our home was streamlined by asking for and taking the Nicastros' advice.
