I wasn’t looking for a realtor but relaxed after trying to sell my home myself that I needed one. Luckily Pamela Brown reached out to me and i decided to take the call.
I explained that I needed to sell the home quickly and she immediately got the boll rolling. Pamela and her team were caring, attentive, and wasted zero time. Everything was handled and Pamela or one of her team members made themselves available pretty much 24/7. If I had a question at 9pm on a Sunday night, I could text , call, or email and have an response by 9:01-9:02 that same night. Long story short, my house went in the market, had an offer in less than a week for a little more than asking price, paperwork was signed and submitted resulting in the closing happening BEFORE 30 days! Amazing, and I say this because the home I was selling wasn’t perfect. There were things that needed done and Pamela let me know what was needed and helped to insure that in the end BOTH the buyer and ,myself, the seller were happy.

Selling my house was a unique and extremely complicated situation. I had many hoops to jump through to get it done and it felt very overwhelming. Pam helped me through every single step and truly went above and beyond. She helped me take care of things that a realtor normally wouldn’t be involved with, and she always checked in with me to see how everything was going and if there was anything else she could do for me. She was always a phone call away to provide me with any resources I needed to get the house ready to go. I would recommend Pam to everyone looking for a realtor. She will guide you along the way and make it easy. I’m so glad that I got to work with her.

Pam spent time identifying the best options for us and being there with us for every milestone in our home buying process. Pam has a team that helped us complete every step from prequalifying through finding utility companies, insurance and ultimately closing. I am very pleased with Mrs. Pam Brown ask our realtor. When I started looking into who to work with in my situation. I had realtors tell me you should wait, there are no houses, etc. She also was upfront with me but she said one more thing. I will help you do what you want. I am very aggressive in what I want. I don't like time wasted and I want what I asked answered. We chose her because of her communication, her response time and her aggressiveness as well working for us. We are close to the ending of this process and she has continuously checked on us and kept me updated. My husband and I recommend her for any of your house buying or selling needs!

Pamela shows high quality and professionalism while trying to sell and or buy your home.She gave us the tools to secure a buyer for our house in 3 days. She proceeded to help us find a home bigger then we expected. When we ran into a snag, she used all her resources to get us out of trouble waters.
