Pamela was very intuitive, professional and encouraging with helping us find our forever home. She asked us what was important to us and wouldn’t allow us to settle for anything less. Once we found the perfect home, she went to work and helped us get our current home “photo ready” to list within 48 hours. I have to admit, I questioned some of the things she advised us to do but since we trusted her, we did them. Once seeing the photos and then being under contract in less than 30 hours, we knew we did the right thing in trusting Pamela.

Pamela Gillen is an outstanding real estate professional who dedicated her time into finding the right home in the right neighborhood for our family. Recently, we were purchasing a home in Haymarket because we were moving from out of state and working with a relocation company. You will never find another realtor like Pam. She goes beyond her requirements as a realtor and is very supportive. We used her for three transactions. Our first transaction was back in 2008 when we bought our first home. She found us a perfect home. We had decided to sell it moved 2015. We called Pam up and she helped us get the house ready for the market gave us excellent advice and was support the whole way. She then helped us buy our new house where we are today. She is very knowledgeable on the market, how to stage a house, she has a keen eye for detail, and she will not steer you wrong. If we ever have to buy another house again or sell, you can bet that we will definitely use Pam. She is not only a realtor she is a friend as well.

When looking for a realtor you ultimately want to find someone trustworthy for what will likely be the largest financial transactions of your life. Pamela is absolutely someone who warrants this trust. She will work patiently and tirelessly to help you find your best fit. The first time I was looking to purchase a home, I wanted to put in an offer on a location but she promised she could find me a better deal. Which she accomplished, even though it meant her commission would go down; essentially putting in more hours for less money.
