Fax machines, cell phones, internet,emails,etc. What has remained the same is personal services to the seller or buyer in a real estate transaction. Providing full time real estate services in residential, land, condos, farms, commercial or recreational properties continues to be my focus.Returning phone calls promptly as possible and answering the questions of those in need of real estate services. Also a Licensed Certified Residential Appraiser since 1990, I have a Trainee R Tyler Martin who is getting certified as well through Advantage 1 Appraisals. Our son, Eric Ginder also an Associate Broker, he and his wife Kathy, and sons Jacob & Luke live in N Kentucky. Our daughter, Emily Martin works in medical research in Cincinnati,OH, and her husband Tyler Martin is an appraiser and their twins Dasha & Malia live in Aurora.
