About Pamela
About Me
Although I have been a professionally licensed Real Estate Broker since 2003, I became a student of real estate at an early age as my parents have real estate holdings on both sides of the Cascades. Before joining the Real Estate industry, I started and ran my own very successful business for18 years. My husband married in 1986 and bought or first home in 1990. I know the stresses of buying, selling and moving because I have done that a few times myself.
I give back to the community by supporting numerous organizations- Northwest Harvest, Woodland Park Zoo, Warm Coats for Kids, Salvation Army, Goodwill, and the Ronald McDonald House.
Having grown up in the Pacific Northwest, I am familiar with a wide variety of neighborhoods and can help you with the pros and cons of each- for example, Snohomish vs. Bothell, Ballard vs. Fremont, and Kirkland vs. Redmond. I enjoy working with all types of clientele: First Time home Buyers to Empty Nesters, Short sale and Foreclosure situations, real estate Investors, and New Construction.
Why Me?
Being a top notch real estate broker entails constant monitoring of changing economics, housing trends, and economic shifts. To best serve you, I stay ahead of the competition by constantly monitoring these changes through continuing education.
To assist first time home buyers, I became certified with the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. To assist with employee transfers at Amazon, Microsoft, Intel, Google, Starbucks, and Boeing, I am also a Certified Relocation Specialist.
Working with me, you will quickly find that I am dedicated to helping you with every aspect of your home buying or selling needs. My listening and communication skills, work ethic, and honest approach have helped me build and achieve a very successful business. I look forward to adding you to my long list of satisfied clients.
