Pamela Kirkby

Pam has an eye for craftsmanship, quality, and beauty which has been carried through in landscaping, gardening, and interior design. Coupled with extensive personal experience in home renovation and design, her passion for and knowledge of real estate is a bonus in the residential market. Having lived in southern Fairfield County for several years and working as a caterer in and around Westchester County, Pam has honed her affinity for opulence which is well-served in the luxury properties market. Pam brings a unique perspective to the real estate business after a lengthy career with the Connecticut Judicial Department. While maintaining inherent guiding principles of honesty, integrity, and plain common sense, she has transferred skills gleaned from working in the criminal justice system to real estate. She investigates houses and neighborhoods for buyers, she tracks down and screens buyers for sellers, and maintains a laser focus on her clients' priorities. Having sharp negotiation and problem-solving expertise along with a high degree of emotional intelligence always puts her clients at ease. She is no stranger to challenging work and as an organizer has been known to roll up her sleeves to help pack up, clean up and get people moved (even when they are stuck, or in another state!). This comes in handy for everyone, but especially for her senior clientele, with whom she specializes--and she is even a regular contributing columnist in the Shoreline Times, a local newspaper. Her column "Senior Scoop" covers all topics relating to prominent issues experienced by the older generations. Finally, her art school background comes in handy when clients need a design eye or advice on staging a home. No matter the job, she gets it done!
