I met Pam at an open house in West Orange. She was hosting the open house for a client of hers and I originally intended to make an offer on the property. While it did not pan out on that particular property, Pam made it a point to continue to maintain a relationship and offered her services to help me find a home for myself. She was extremely diligent and professional throughout the shopping process. Ultimately she ended up referring me to another colleague when my search took me in a different direction, but even so she really showed true character and professionalism by congratulating me on my new home and coming to my closing even after she had referred me to her fellow agent. It meant so much to me to know that she was still invested in me and wanted to see me succeed and I would happily use her services in the future if and when I needed to move again. Pam is overall an incredible agent and someone I would recommend highly to anyone looking to buy in the northern New Jersey area.

If there was an Academy Awards for realtors, we would award it to Pamela Kutoroff. This was our first time selling a house and Pamela guided us through the entire process. During our initial meeting Pamela provided us with a comprehensive overview of her experience selling real estate, her approach to readying the property for sale, what to expect from the Open House and the home inspection, and she assured us that she would be present throughout the entire process. Pamela exceeded our expectations. Pamela prioritized for us the things we needed to do to prepare the house for the Open House. She provided us with the names of contractors who, when Pamela's name was mentioned, showed up and completed the work that was needed with little lead time. Within one week of placing the house on the market, we had a serious offer. It took less than two months from date of offer to closing. And Pamela was with us every step of the way: she met with contractors, home inspectors, and the buyers on multiple occasions representing us, the sellers, in the best way possible. We could not have sold the property in the amount of time that we did, without Pamela's assistance, guidance, and invaluable expertise. Pamela knows the real estate market, and we highly recommend her services!
