We met Pamela in 2024 when she found us an affordable home to rent while we saved money to get a home of our own. Then in fall 2025 we reconnected and started our home search and although the first home we were going to buy did not work. She was there to help us find another even in this very competitive market. She is very knowledgeable, very commutative and just went out of her way to help us in this process. We cannot thank her enough and could not have done this without her! From day one Pam was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and a true advocate. It took some time for my partner and I to find a home that we loved and that worked for us, but she never made us feel rushed or pressured. She gave us honest advice, stayed on top of new listings, and was always available to answer questions and help us through any concerns.

I met Pam at an open house in West Orange. She was hosting the open house for a client of hers and I originally intended to make an offer on the property. While it did not pan out on that particular property, Pam made it a point to continue to maintain a relationship and offered her services to help me find a home for myself. She was extremely diligent and professional throughout the shopping process. Ultimately she ended up referring me to another colleague when my search took me in a different direction, but even so she really showed true character and professionalism by congratulating me on my new home and coming to my closing even after she had referred me to her fellow agent. It meant so much to me to know that she was still invested in me and wanted to see me succeed and I would happily use her services in the future if and when I needed to move again. If there was an Academy Awards for realtors, we would award it to Pamela Kutoroff. This was our first time selling a house and Pamela guided us through the entire process. During our initial meeting Pamela provided us with a comprehensive overview of her experience selling real estate, her approach to readying the property for sale, what to expect from the Open House and the home inspection, and she assured us that she would be present throughout the entire process. Pamela exceeded our expectations. Pamela prioritized for us the things we needed to do to prepare the house for the Open House. She provided us with the names of contractors who, when Pamela's name was mentioned, showed up and completed the work that was needed with little lead time. Within one week of placing the house on the market, we had a serious offer. It took less than two months from date of offer to closing. And Pamela was with us every step of the way: she met with contractors, home inspectors, and the buyers on multiple occasions representing us, the sellers, in the best way possible. We could not have sold the property in the amount of time that we did, without Pamela's assistance, guidance, and invaluable expertise.
