Pamela exceeded all my expectations as a first time home buyer. From our initial conversations it was very evident that she was fully invested in not only finding me a home, but finding me the RIGHT home. Throughout the process she made herself available at any hour to go through my various first time home buyer questions and proactively reaching out on new listing that checked all my boxes. It was very apparent that Pamela had an extensive knowledge of the home buying process and the region i was interested in. She would point out all of the pros and cons of each home and location of the home during our visits. When it came down to the offering process, Pamela was able to negotiate various concessions for myself with the seller that ended up saving me thousands on closing costs. Her assistance in the home buying process did not stop at my offer acceptance. She walked me through closing procedures through the closing date often times proactively reaching out to ensure I was taking all of the necessary steps to close in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. It would be an understatement to say Pamela exceeded my expectations and I have already referred her to various colleagues, friends and family members. I would strongly recommend first time homebuyers to engage Pamela for her services.
