My husband and I had an awesome experience with Pam. We moved here from Alabama and had been living in an apartment. We didn't know any real estate agents and had met with one agent who did not have any real people skills. A co-worker at the hospital referred us to Pam. It was the best thing that could have ever happened to us. We have two girls and no family here in Winston. So, we had to take the girls to our appointments. Pam was very patient with the girls. Although the girls were loud and busy, she did not get nervous or side tracked. She entertained the girls and conducted business simultaneously. Pam listened to the specific requests we had for a home wth genuine concern and interest. However, the most important characteristic of Pam is her honesty. Pam was very open and honest. We could not have picked a better real estate professional. If you are looking for someone who has your best interest at heart, then Pam should be your decision.

Pam Wilson and her company, Home Selling Solutions of the Triad, represented me as the buyer's real estate agent, and handled every aspect of the process for me, to include scheduling homes to see, all negotiations and dealings with the seller, the home inspection, the appraisal, and the closing. I contacted a couple of agents after performing searches and reading reviews online, and both responded back to me. But after reading their responses and speaking with each, I selected Pam to represent me, and I couldn't have made a wiser decision. From the start, Pam listened, I mean really listened, to my likes and dislikes, and my wants and must-haves, in a home. The homes she scheduled for me to see were right on target, and never was there any pressure to hurry me along in the process. I took my time and Pam answered all my questions along the way, to include being available to discuss and talk about all aspects of the experience at anytime. And when she was busy with other clients, she promptly returned my calls at her earliest convenience. Even after making my decision as to which home to purchase, I found myself working out-of-town at times when such things as the home inspection and appraisal were to take place, and Pam covered these for me. She even met a couple of flooring contractors at the house to give me estimates for work. To say Pam went above and beyond the call is an understatement. I don't know if or when I may ever purchase another home in Winston-Salem, but if I do and Pam is still an agent in town, there is no doubt who I will call to represent me. -- Kirby M

My husband and I were very pleased to have had Ms. Pam Wilson-Robinson as our real estate professional. She was just that, Professional. She was very patient with us throughout our home search experience. She brought to the table a wealth of knowledge and experience in terms of ways we could get out of our previous home and into our new home fairly easily. Pam has assisted me with buying two homes — one when I was single and another larger home when I was getting married. Needless to say, the first experience was so positive that I asked for her assistance a second time. Pam makes what could be a painful experience relaxing and fun. She is very knowledgeable about the area and really understood what me and my husband here looking for. If you want a realtor who knows the area, knows the business and knows how to sell a property at the best price in a timely fashion then Pam Robinson is your best and only choice. She made my selling experience stress-free, she was always available and the attention I received made me feel like I was her only client. She spent hours researching the best price and time frame to sell my house compared to the neighborhood, helped me do quick updates to get top dollar and stage the house perfectly. My house received offers within 2 days of being on the market and closed within a month.
