About Pamela

HI, I’m Pam Theroux. I’ve lived in Marin County since 1992. I choose Marin for the great schools, the diverse culture, the fantastic weather and microclimates, the great beaches, the waterfalls in winter, the ease and proximity to Wine Country, Lake Tahoe and the mountain, the areas and, of course, to San Francisco. My love of real estate began at age 12 when my parents involved me in the design of a new home they were building and letting me tag along to open houses.

I specialize in the North Bay areas of Marin, Sonoma, Napa. Loving what I do and doing what II love makes it easy for me to give my clients the 150% service they want and deserve. No two transactions are the same and with my background as both an educator and a paralegal, I have honed my negotiating skills to make each transaction run like a well oiled machine! I believe in communicating regularly with my clients in whatever way is best for them…whether via email, telephone or face-to-face and by doing this I am able to keep everyone in the loop and make sure each of my clients fully understand how unique our market is. This has earned me the reputation of being reliable and honest. I take great pride in the life-long relationships I form with each of my clients. And, my relationship doesn’t end when the transaction is over as I am always a resource for them for whatever they need related to their property, from drains to designer architects!
