Pamela has 45 years experience in real estate, 42 as a broker. Since entering real estate she has been a leader in the industry. She has served numerous offices of Realtors. She has sold and leased more commercial real estates than any other Realtor in Fairbanks. Her network is extensive all over Alaska and her many connections in "the lower "48". Her knowledge is vast in sales and leasing as well as commercial construction, property management for commercial complexes, mobile home parks, condominium associations, financial planning, subdivision development. She has owned, developed and built (with her own construction company) many commercial properties. Throughout the industry she is highly regarded for her straightforwardness, her enthusiastic approach to problem situations , dedication to hard work, fairness, and character, as well as her over arching experience in commercial real estate throughout Alaska. In 1985 she developed the first website for commercial real 1993 in Alaska to facilitate the sale of Kantishna Roadhouse to be able to reach a world wide market seeing the immense potential of the internet. Within 3 years of becoming a Realtor she bought a Re/max franchise, immediately changing the face of brokerage in Fairbanks.
