Pardeep has been the sole reason for us to find our home within 3 weeks of starting our home search. In a vastly expanding and aggressive market, pardeep sir as we fondly call him, helped us not only keep the focus on our requirements, but also guided us at every step including providing recommendations on the inventory we were looking at. Also hey was instrumental in the negotiations with the seller and got us an extremely good purchase price that was much lesser than the list price.
