This is my second time purchasing a house with Paris Luong. Because I still have a mortgage, I have to use a co-borrower. One lender I used told me I could not get a loan. But Paris won’t accept that as a no, she referred me to another one, and with the same income, the lender she found us, approved us. Even in this market, she was able to get us $5,000 off the listing price. The whole process was pretty easy. I recommend Paris if you are in the market.
