About Parker

As a lifelong Kansas City resident, Parker maintains a large circle of contacts across the metro. During college, Parker interned at North Terrace Property Management where he managed property tours, maintenance and marketing. In this role, Parker gained valuable insight into customer service and how to communicate with customers in an efficient and effective way. Parker also worked with ADI Designs, a local architectural design firm that specializes in high-end stone and cast stone. Through this experience, he gained first-hand knowledge of the home-building/construction process and interacted regularly with builders and architects.

Over the last 5 years, Parker has been involved directly in helping close over $100 million in multi-family transactions. Parker and Brice work together on our commercial side where Brice is consistently one of the highest-producing brokers in the area. Parker has dealt with multi-family investments all across the greater Kansas City area, focusing specifically in Midtown. These transactions have ranged from duplexes to 100+ unit complexes and large portfolios he has worked with clients from all over the country.

Parker graduated from the University of Kansas in 2016 with a degree in Business. During his time at KU, Parker served as a fraternity member at Delta Upsilon. Parker lives in Waldo with his wife Brooke. Parker is an avid sports player and fan and volunteers as a basketball coach with his father at Holy Cross Catholic School where he also serves on the Alumni Board.
