He is very down to earth and great at listening to your needs and making these types of stressful situations easier to get through. He was there for us anytime of the day and has a great listening etiquette and impressive bedside manner. He never made us feel like we were just a number/client. He gave us recommendations but always listened to our input as well. His marketing approach to our home was thorough and modern. Pascal went above and beyond to help secure the perfect house for us in this crazy market. He sold our home for more than we thought possible and then diligently worked to help us find our next home. In the past, we had worked with realtors where we had to do all the digging to find houses to look at, but this was not the case with Pascal. He showed us good options everyday and moved his schedule around to work with ours to view the houses. We felt very comfortable walking the houses with Pascal and he pointed out things we didn't notice in each house. His experience really helped! But, where Pascal really did the most was when we found the house we wanted to buy. It was a private seller and they were extremely difficult, but Pascal was persistent and helped make the purchase happen. This was the best home buying experience we have ever had and will be using Pascal in the future.

Wow, what a great experience we had with Pascal. After we put down earnest money on a new home (without our house even being on the market yet!), we called Pascal to see if he could put our home up for sale immediately. He did just that, got it going for us, and helped us tremendously through the process. He even sold it during the pandemic! Pascal is the best agent I've worked with in the Austin area. I've purchased two properties in the past two years and have worked with 4 real estate agents as I don't sign exclusive agreements. He blew everyone else out of the water.
Everyone else I worked with asked for my specs and then gave me email updates and access to the MLS portal. Pascal did a screen share with me the first night I contacted him so I could see the live updates as we modified the search options. We looked at over a dozen houses and he listened to my likes and dislikes, refined the search and narrowed it down to the one I wanted. The best part...he negotiated the sellers to pony up $12k cash at closing.
If I decide to buy another place in the Austin area I know exactly who to call. Pascal is the man.

Pascal helped my family and me find the best house on the market to fit our needs and budget. While he's a very honest, hardworking, dedicated realtor, his best quality is that he's easy to relate to. He ran our search as if he were finding a house for his own family, willing to listen to our requirements and then finding houses with that understanding in mind.

He's very patient, he was willing to work through indecision on our part as buyers. He knows real estate contracts well: as buyers we found ourselves in a unique and risky situation. Pascal identified contract language to protect us and the purchase was completed safely with both buyer and seller satisfied.

Pascal was truly an invested partner in our process, and worked very hard for our family. We originally met him years ago when searching for houses to rent, and we returned to him for our first home purchase. We'll be seeking him out again next time we enter the market!

I was thoroughly impressed with Pascal and was very happy with my experience working with him. I live in California, but had a rental property in Round Rock, TX that I needed to sell. Our first meeting and the majority of our selling process had to be done over the phone, which means I had to have faith and trust in Pascal to make it happen. Working with Pascal was an amazing experience. He did a great job explaining the process of selling our home and helped guide us to the needed changes to make the home present better. He didnb't expect us to spend a bunch of $$$ to make it perfect, but knew how to get the most out of what changes were made to make our home show well. Pascal has an offer on our home the day it went on the market, but still went forward with a couple open houses to ensure if anything happened we would still be covered with early showings. Would definitely recommend and will use again for our real estate needs.

I met Pascal by placing a request to view a house on an on-line real estate site. He called me within 15 minutes of my request. I explained to him that I was 99% sure I had already found the house I wanted to purchase through a builder. My family wanted to look at just one more house that was closer to town. Pascal agreed to meet us the next morning. We spent a couple of hours looking at the house and just talking about the real estate market. He was very genuine and easy to talk to and did not pressure us at all. I told him that I would use him to sell my current home in May.
When May came around, Pascal contacted me and we met on a Monday morning for him to see the house. He was very thorough in explaining how the selling process worked (I had never been a seller before). On Tuesday, he came back and took some preliminary pictures. On Wednesday we had a buyer look at the house. On Thursday, we had a full price offer. If only it was that easy. Unfortunately, we ran across issues with the roof which Pascal helped with finding roofers to obtain quotes from. We then had A/C issues and once again, Pascal helped resolve the issue by talking with his A/C guys he knew and working with the buyer's agent to come up with a solution.
I would highly recommend Pascal. I will be using Pascal as my agent in all futures real estate endeavors.

Pascal’s expertise simplified the home buying process for us which allowed us to focus on the multiple other details related with moving to a new city. Pascal was extremely patient in answering our questions and very diligent about following up with us to ensure we were well informed. Pascal even took the time to attend our closing just in case we had any last-minute questions.
When we were ready to sell our previous home, Pascal was tremendously helpful in getting our house ready for market, explaining various selling strategies and helping us determine the right listing price. Pascal scheduled a photo shoot and staged our home with quite the attention to detail, including cleaning a few exterior windows himself, to show our home in the best light. Pascal was great. I've bought a couple other houses in the past, and realtors sometimes can be more interested in their payday than providing good service. Pascal works hard, made himself available to pick up houses, checks, paperwork - whatever was necessary to make the process easier. He worked until late in the evening (sometimes midnight) if necessary, and took a lot of time to show me houses. I'll definitely recommend Pascal for friends and use him for my own future purchases.
