Pasquale Straccia

Attorney Pasquale Straccia is the founder and senior attorney at The Straccia Law Group, PC. Attorney Straccia was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1994 and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts. Since 1999 he has engaged in private practice in Walpole, Massachusetts. He previously served as Counsel to the Commissioner for the Child Support Enforcement Division from 1994-1999.


Pasquale was born in Medford and raised in Roslindale, Massachusetts. He graduated from Boston College High School in 1987, Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1991, and earned a Juris Doctor degree from the New England School of Law in 1994.


Attorney Straccia concentrates his practice in all areas of residential, commercial, and condominium real estate transactions, representing lenders, homebuyers, developers, investors, and sellers, emphasizing exceptional service and attention to detail.


Attorney Straccia also represents individuals in Land Court matters, family law, business sales and acquisitions, residential and commercial leases, estate planning which includes drafting and preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, probate administration, business formation and administration, civil litigation, debt collection, and landlord-tenant disputes.
Pasquale resides in Walpole with his wife, Sonia, three children, Mia, Ava, and Domenico.
