Just want to let everyone know about my experience selling my house in Westwood and subsequent purchase. We chose to work with Pat Comstock who lives here in Walden Lake and she was phenomenal. Her experience and finessing of a completely OCD, borderline psycho like myself was fabulous. She was on top of every aspect of the transactions, letting me know each step, what to prep for, and then made sure I crossed every “T” and dotted every “I” as I moved in the new house. If you are considering selling your house or maybe purchasing a home, call Pat. The best way for me to summarize her work is to say that I always felt like I was her only customer which says a lot in a market like this one.

Where do I even begin. It’s hard to put into words how awesome Pat was. This is the fourth time we’ve worked with her and every time she was always on top of her stuff, always available to chat when we had questions, always checking and making sure everyone had everything they needed for our file and always making sure we were on schedule. And to do all of this right in the middle of a global pandemic just emphasizes how incredible she is! If you’re looking to purchase a home I definitely can not recommend her enough!
