Pat surpassed my expectations every time. This is the third of fourth house I’ve sold. Each time had a unique set of challenges. This one occurred during a stressful time personally.

Pat stepped up and took the load off my shoulders. His work ethic is exceptional and he was always a calming voice during this chaotic time. He worked with my company’s relocation company who added an extra layer of complexity and Oat just kept smiling.
